Who We Hire

Every adult who works with campers at Zin Kids meets our comprehensive standards for safety, character, and care.

Background Checks

All staff and volunteers are subject to comprehensive background checks before working with campers.

Key staff are certified in CPR and First Aid. At least one certified staff member is on-site at all times.
