Step 1 — Camper & Family Information

Before completing your registration and payment through MindBody, we collect a few important details about your camper. This information helps us provide the best possible experience and keep your child safe.

Include severity level for any allergies (mild / moderate / severe / EpiPen required)

Photo & Media Release

I understand and agree that Zin Kids Day Camp and Zin Yoga & Wine may photograph and/or video record my child during camp activities. I grant permission to use these photographs and recordings for camp promotional materials, website, and social media, without expectation of compensation. I understand that:

  • Photos will never be shared in a manner that identifies a specific child by full name without separate written permission.
  • I may revoke this consent in writing at any time by contacting info@zinkids.com.
  • This release applies to the 2026 camp season.
