Registration & Enrollment

How do I register my child?

Registration is a two-step process. First, complete our supplemental information form on the Registration page (camper details, emergency contacts, health info). Then complete payment through our MindBody portal. Both steps are required to secure your spot.

Can I register for individual weeks or just the full summer?

Both options are available! You can register for any individual week or all 9 weeks. We encourage families to register for as many weeks as they'd like — each week has a unique theme, so every week is a new adventure.

When does registration open? Is there an early registration deadline?

Registration is open now for Summer 2026. We recommend registering early as spots are limited per week. Contact us about any early registration discounts.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes! Sibling discounts are available. Contact us at info@zinkids.com for current discount details.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Daily Life at Camp

What time does camp start and end?

Camp runs Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–4:30 PM. Drop-off begins at 12:15 PM. Please do not arrive before 12:15 PM as staff are not available before then.

Is snack provided?

Yes, a snack is provided every afternoon. Please notify us of any allergies during registration so we can accommodate your camper.

What should my child wear to camp?

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is best — think athletic wear or play clothes. Closed-toe shoes (sneakers) are required. Avoid anything delicate or valuable, as we do crafts and active movement daily.

Can my child bring a phone or tablet?

We ask that campers leave personal electronics at home. Camp is designed for community connection and hands-on activity. We will hold phones brought by campers in a secure location during camp hours.

What happens on rainy days?

All camp activities are held indoors at the Zin Yoga & Wine studio. Rainy days don't change our schedule.

Health & Safety

What if my child has allergies?

All allergies are collected during registration. Please be specific about the allergy and its severity. Staff are briefed on individual allergies each week. For severe allergies, parents must provide any required medication (EpiPen, etc.) at registration.

What happens if my child gets sick at camp?

We will contact you immediately and ask you to pick up your child. Please ensure your emergency contact information is current and that someone is always reachable during camp hours.

My child takes daily medication. Can staff administer it?

Faith & Curriculum

What faith tradition is the camp?

Zin Kids Day Camp is a Christian faith-based program. Our curriculum is built around the Fruits of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23. We are welcoming of all children and families, and our emphasis is on God's love, character, and Godfidence.

What does "Godfidence" mean?

Godfidence is our core concept: the confidence that comes from knowing who you are because you know whose you are. It's the security and joy that comes from understanding God's love — and it's what we build in campers every single day.

My child is not Christian. Is this camp for us?

We welcome all families with warmth and love. Our faith-based curriculum is woven into everything we do. If you have questions about fit, we encourage you to reach out — we'd love to talk.

Financial Assistance

Is financial assistance available?

Yes. We believe ALL kids deserve to come to camp. Scholarship and assistance options are available for families in need. Please contact us confidentially at info@zinkids.com to learn more. We will do our best to make camp accessible for every family.
